REGISTRATION
To participate in the conference, please fill out and submit the registration form at first.Priority will be given to companies and organizations operating or planning to operate in the infrastructure and energy sectors, particularly in Europe,Asia,Africa, the Americas and Turkiye. The conference will have a limited number of participants, so please read the conference program carefully and make sure that you are interested in the topics covered.
We would like to emphasize that participation requests are carefully evaluated due to the planned presence of ministry or representative-level officials at the conference. The seating arrangement at the conference will be in a mixed format.
Once your registration form is approved, we will contact you with the invitation letter.The letter can be issued in the name of your company or organization, or in your personal name.
Up to 5 days before the conference date, you may change the name on the invitation letter. However, the person whose name is changed must still represent the same company or organization. Further details regarding the invitation will be sent to you via email upon approval of your registration form.

Registration Notice
Participation in B2B and B2G meetings, as well as the Networking Lunch, requires completing the special registration form provided by the organizing committee.
Only registered delegates who submit the form with complete and accurate information will be eligible to attend these exclusive sessions.
By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge and consent that:

Their company and personal data (limited to professional contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of event organization, matchmaking, and communication regarding the B2B and B2G sessions;

Their information will not be shared with third parties beyond the scope of the event;

They accept the privacy policy of the organizing committee and authorize the use of their data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
Failure to complete the registration form may result in exclusion from B2B and B2G activities due to capacity and scheduling limits.
